When cooked properly the dough should be thin and long and crispy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.6em; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Therefore, the dough is taken out of the oven at exactly the right time before it dries.It is even known that some of the restaurants in Konya are the dish tailored to the size of the customers. Lahmacun is a dish made from onion mortar. This makes it rather difficult to taste the meat content of the dish. \u201cEtli Ekmek\u201d consists of plenty minced lamb, as a result the flavour of meat is much more prominent. There is indeed a difference in flavour.
